In case you didn't know, we allow subscribers to simply pause their subscriptions when applicable. If you're just shopping, need to catch up or take a break, or you're feeling overwhelmed and lost, we will happily pause your subscription for you until you are ready to reactivate it. This allows for an easy transition back into Origins Curriculum, and you can begin right where you left off instead of starting back at month 1. We offer all customers a complimentary 15 minute support call, or we have 1:1 consultations and even onboarding & tours available for customers. We are here for you 100% of the way.

Subscription Options

Monthly Subscriptions: You have the flexibility of a month-to-month commitment with no cancellation fees. This option allows you to manage your subscription according to your needs and preferences.

Annual Subscriptions: For those who opt for an annual subscription, we offer an extended service at a reduced rate, which includes a cancellation fee as outlined in our Terms of Service. The fee compensates for the significant discount provided on the annual plan.

To request the cancellation of your subscription, please adhere to the following steps:

2. Submit a Cancellation Request: Access the cancellation request form below. Fill out the necessary information to initiate the cancellation process.

3. Acknowledgement of Cancellation: Our team will process your request and provide you with a confirmation of cancellation via email.

Please note, to avoid additional billing cycles, we require a notice of at least seven (7) business days prior to your subscription renewal date for processing the cancellation.

Due to the nature of digital and downloadable content, no refunds or credits are permitted.

As Origins Curriculum is a digital product that is accessed immediately, we do not offer refunds. We offer a trial period for you to determine if the product is right for you. If you do not initiate cancellation a full seven (7) days before your next billing cycle, you will be billed for an additional month. No refunds will be provided, without exception. By using our service, you agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, and without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on our website. By continuing to use our service after we post these modifications, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
